Gerry
Pitons & Bongs

Gerry Cunningham started making outdoor equipment in 1946. Pitons appeared in the 1947 Gerry catalog. Piton production continued into the 1960s.

Gerry pitons were usually either unmarked or marked with a single capital "G," but Marty Karabin shows shows from the Chouinard collection that has a raised Gerry logo.
